Otto Maly
is the president of Maly Commercial Realty Inc. He founded the business in 1993, but began his involvement in real estate development 10 years earlier.
Mr. Maly helped form the Kroenke Group. In 1986, he joined The Kroenke Group as its vice president of development. There he had full authority for the construction projects as well as placing the financing for the majority of the Kroenke development projects.

Michael Decker
joined Maly Commercial Realty as a partner in 1994 and oversees all aspects of the development process.
Prior to joining Maly commercial, Mr. Decker was employed for 9 years with The Kroenke Group and was responsible for every facet of the development process, from site selection and land acquisition to construction supervision and financing options.

Jack Maher
joined Maly Commercial Realty in 1995 as a salesperson. He is now the broker-officer in charge of the Columbia office.
Mr. Maher originally worked the Missouri market in land sales and development, along with leasing for local clients. In his current position, he is involved with the marketing of Lowe’s excess property in Florida, Missouri, Washington, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Texas and Ohio.
Before joining Maly, Mr. Maher worked in the restaurant industry for 27 years in corporate management. He oversaw restaurants in five states and owned several concepts individually.

Marc Kirchhoff
is a broker-officer for Maly Commercial Realty and the national contact for Lowe’s excess peripheral land. He is also the project manager for new retail development projects throughout the country.
A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Mr. Kirchhoff has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has experience with sales, management, leasing and ground-up development. He began working with Maly in 1995.
Mr. Kirchhoff graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor of science in business administration, majoring in both finance and real estate. He began his real estate career in 1977 working with the financing, leasing and management of Wal-Mart-anchored strip centers. He was then the director of leasing and franchise development for a frozen dessert chain from 1986 to 1992.

John Hancock
has been an agent with Maly Commercial Realty since 2000. He has experience in land sales; office, warehouse and retail leasing; and investment property transactions. John has developed a local customer base and has worked with national clients throughout Missouri and the U.S. Prior to joining Maly, John was the Director of Planning for the City of Columbia, Missouri for twelve years. He worked in Texas and Michigan before coming to Missouri in the city planning and real estate fields. He is active in local community affairs and charities. John is a graduate of Michigan State University.

Liz Mick
a broker-officer with Maly Commercial Realty, is based out of Winston-Salem, N.C. and has worked with Maly for four years. Ms. Mick is a member of the Maly team of professionals that markets outlets for Lowe’s Home Centers and secures property for new store expansion for Lowe’s in selected markets.
She has been involved with retail store real estate for more than 20 years, from market research and demographic analysis to acquisition of multiple properties and lease negotiation. Before her employment with Maly, Ms. Mick was a real estate manager for companies including Borders Bookstores, Lowe’s Companies and Brendle’s Stores. She was also a research analyst for Lowe’s and Northwestern Bank.
Ms. Mick earned her undergraduate degree in business administration from Appalachian State University in 1981 and her MBA in 1983 from Virginia Tech. She is now a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Hiram Watson
is responsible for property management of retail centers owned by Maly Commercial Realty and its affiliates throughout the United States.
Before joining Maly in August 2003, Mr. Watson worked 26 years in Missouri state government, serving on the staffs of six elected officials; three Republicans and three Democrats. During his last four years in state government, he served as deputy Missouri state auditor, supervising a staff of 160 in four locations
Mr. Watson earned a law degree from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Missouri. He is a licensed attorney and certified public accountant in the state of Missouri.

Michael Link
has been with with Maly Commercial Realty since May 2002. He is responsible for Lowe's new store site selection in 6 Midwest states. He also assists in the leasing and development of Lowe's excess properties nationwide.
Mr. Link previously interned for the University of Missouri Alumni Association and served as a teaching assistant for an upper-level finance course at the University of Missouri while completing his MBA.
In May 2004, Mr. Link graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri with an MBA, focusing on management information systems. He is also a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Missouri business administration program with triple emphases in finance and banking, real estate and economics.
