Otto is the President of Maly Commercial Realty Inc.  Founded in 1993, Maly Commercial Realty currently is involved in the location of Lowe's Home Improvement Centers throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and New Jersey.

Otto has been involved in real estate development since February, 1983.  Otto was previously the Property Manager and Leasing Agent for Walter-Kroenke Properties until 1985, in 1986 he joined The Kroenke Group as it's Vice President of Development.  There he had full authority for the construction projects as well as placing the financing for the majority of the Kroenke development projects. 

In Otto's success, working with Riverpark Construction a 135,000 square foot Sam's Wholesale Club was built in Dallas, Texas in just fifty-seven (57) days, this holds the record for Riverpark and is still currently a record for Wal-Mart stores.

Other developments included large shopping malls in Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Texas, Minnesota, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Kansas, Wyoming, Wisconsin, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Florida.

Jack L. Maher, Sr.

Jack joined Maly Commercial Realty, Inc. in 1995 as a salesperson, currently Broker-Officer in charge of the Columbia office. Jack originally worked the Missouri market in land sales and development along with leasing for local clients. Now involved with the marketing of Lowe's excess property in Florida, Missouri, Washington, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Texas and Ohio.

Prior to joining Maly Commercial Jack worked in the restaurant industry for 27 years in both corporate management overseeing restaurants in five (5) states and owning several concepts individually.

Marc is currently a Broker-Officer, Marc is our national contact for Lowe's excess peripheral land.  Marc is a graduate of University of Missouri and began his real estate career in 1977 in financing, leasing and management of grocer Wal-Mart anchored strip centers.  He was also the Director of leasing and franchise development for a frozen dessert chain from 1986 to 1992.  Marc has 20 plus years of experience in the real estate industry from sales and management to leasing and ground up development.

John has been with Maly Commercial Realty, Inc. since April 2000. Prior to that, he was the Director of Planning for the City of Columbia, Missouri for 12 years. John is responsible for real estate sales and leasing. He is a graduate of Michigan State University.

Elizabeth Mick

Elizabeth is based out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Liz is a member of the Maly team of professionals who market outlots for Lowe's Home Centers.  In addition, she also secures property for new store expansion for Lowe's in selected markets.  She has been involved with retail store real estate for twenty plus years, from market research and demographic analysis to acquisition of multiple properties and lease negotiation.

Prior to her employment with Maly Liz was a Real Estate Manager for a number of companies including Border's Book Stores, Lowe's Companies, Inc., and Brendle's Stores, Inc. along with a Research Analyst for Lowe's and Northwestern Bank.

Liz is 44, married and resides in North Carolina and Florida.

Hiram Watson

Hiram is responsible for property management of retail centers owned by Maly Commercial Realty and its affiliates throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Maly in 2003, Hiram worked 26 years in Missouri state government, serving on the staffs of six elected officials, three Republicans and three Democrats.  During his last four years in state government, he served as Deputy Missouri State Auditor, supervising a staff of 160 in four locations.

Hiram's educational background includes a law degree from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville, a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri at Columbia.  He is a licensed attorney and certified public accountant in the State of Missouri.

Hiram and his wife Jane reside in Columbia, Missouri.  They are the parents of three grown sons.  Weekends are often spent biking on the MKT Trail or the Katy Trail in Central Missouri.

Michael Link, a salesperson for Maly Commercial Realty, primarily handles site selection for Lowe's Home Improvement Centers in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota. He is also involved in the leasing and development of Maly centers nationwide. Mr. Link graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri Master of Business Administration program before joining Maly full-time in May 2004.
